New Patient Consultations or Inquiries:

Dr. P welcomes new patients. The Initial Consultation apts. are generally 1 - 1.5 hours. To book an appointment, or for any medical or practice inquiries, Dr P offers 3 options:

1) At your convenience, call the main office number to leave a voice message with your name and contact information. Due to imperfect cell phone reception, it is recommended that you repeat your contact information twice during your voice message. You will be contacted within 1-2 business days. Note that the clinic is closed on Sunday and Monday.

2. 2)Call the main office number during office hours to speak directly with the Receptionist. 
   

3) E-mail your medical inquiries directly to Dr P by clicking on the blue ‘E-MAIL ME’ box located on the upper left side of the Dr P’s web page.

For your convenience, you will receive an appointment reminder call a few days in advance of your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give the office at least 24 hours notice, to avoid the $75 cancellation fee.

Patient Follow-up After the Initial Homeopathic Treatment Consultation:

Dr. Prociuk will request that some patients maintain contact within 2 - 14 days after receiving a homeopathic remedy to ensure optimal treatment. This contact after a consultation is of no charge. Patients that are requested to provide a detailed follow-up of any reaction to their recent homeopathic treatment can contact Dr P by:

1) Sending a private e-mail with a detailed response describing any/all reactions to the homeopathic treatment. (Preferred method.)

2. 2)Calling the main office number to leave a private and detailed voice message.
   

3) Leave a message with the Receptionist during office hours.

Patient Follow-up Consultations:

If you are a patient who has had a Initial Consultation, and have any medical inquiries, require further consultation or wish to discuss your test results, please schedule a Follow-up Appointment. For your convenience, options of In-Office, Telephone or Skype Consultations are offered.  A typical Follow-up Consultation ranges from 5 - 40 minutes. The fees are appropriately pro-rated per time. See ‘Patient Services’  and ‘Fees’ below.

In-Office, Telephone or Skype Appointments Offered:

For your convenience and practicality, Dr. Prociuk offers patients 3 choices of appointment options:
1) In Office
2) Telephone Consults
3) Computer video chat via SKYPE

Consultation bookings generally range from 5 - 90 minutes, depending on the medical history and concerns of the patient. The fee is pro-rated accordingly i.e. you will not be charged for time you do not use.

Fees:

Dr. Prociuk’s fee is is $295 per hour. Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, cash, check or credit cards are accepted, except American Express. Note: The first Initial Consultation apt is generally 1 - 1.5 hours. Follow-up Consultation apts. are usually scheduled for 1/2 hour while Test Result Consultations are usually 10 - 20 minutes. The fee is pro-rated accordingly i.e. you will not be charged for time you do not use.   Estimated time for consultations will vary depending on individual health issues and concerns.

Receipts Provided for Insurance:

Dr. Prociuk does not participate in any insurance network. You will be provided with an coded medical receipt which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement, dependent on your out-of-network health insurance coverage. Please call your insurance for any info required.

Dr Prociuk has opted out of Medicare.  Medicare patients are unable to submit a claim for any service Dr Prociuk has provided including office visits, prescriptions or requests for tests. 

Patient Services, Prescription Refills, etc.

For patient services such as scheduling, changing or canceling appointments, refilling of prescriptions, or any inquiries regarding lab test results, please call the main office number 610-701-5702 or e-mail drpeteroffice@gmail.com. Please provide your name and telephone number. Note that for patient care reasons, prescriptions can be refilled only for patients who have seen Dr. P within the past six months. To request a refill, please call the main office number with the contact information for your pharmacy. A $35 processing fee will charged. Credit cards are accepted as payment over the phone.

Coffee & Mint can Antidote Homeopathic Remedies:

The rule in taking a remedy is that the taste in your mouth should be neutral and remain neutral for at least 10 minutes after the pellets dissolve.  Water can be taken during this time but nothing with taste or smell.

The action of homeopathic remedies can be anti-doted by exposure to certain substances.  Please avoid coffee (including decaf), mint in any form (gum, toothpaste, lozenges, mint leaves, tea, etc.), and strongly aromatic substances like camphor, tea tree oil, eucalyptus, & lavender for a period of 3 months after a homeopathic treatment. Common items to replace are toothpaste and body cremes. Non-mint tea, chocolate, caffeine and cinnamon are fine. Acupuncture, reiki and other energy healing modalities may interfere and are best avoided for 14 days after a remedy. Note: As you may receive a remedy during your appointment, preparation is recommended. If there is an inadvertent exposure to any antidote which results in a relapse of your symptoms, you should wait for 3 - 4 days as spontaneous recovery can occur. If your relapse persists after 4 days, the remedy will need to be repeated.  Refer to the FAQ page on the website for more details.
